Assistant Professor, Air University Pakistan
I have over 10 years of teaching experience in a public sector university in Pakistan, and I am currently working as an Assistant Professor at Air University, Pakistan. I have recently completed my Doctor of Philosophy in Management degree from the University of Malaya, Malaysia.
My teaching experience has given me a deep understanding of the latest trends and best practices in management education. I have consistently received positive feedback from both students and colleagues for my ability to engage and inspire my students. I am passionate about teaching and I believe that I can make a significant contribution to your university.
In addition to my teaching experience, I have done my PhD research in understanding the role of servant leadership on generational X and Y academicians’ resilience and psychological ownership. My other broad research areas of interest are top management commitment, leadership, employee behavior, organizational behavior and psychological resilience. I have published my research in reputed journals such as Marketing intelligence and Planning, Current Psychology, Sage open, Asian journalism of business and accounting, South Asian journal of Human Resource Management, and Sustainability.
I have also given numerous workshops on data analysis in various institutions.
I have a sound grip on quantitative data analysis techniques such as structural equation modeling. I am an expert in both partial least square as well as covariance based Structural equation modeling techniques. On the qualitative sides I have produce articles applying bibliometric coupling, text mining, co-citation, and Conjoint analysis.
Furthermore, I also use business analytics software such as solver for optimization and constraints data modeling. I have worked on software such as SPSS, AMOS, SMART-PLS, NVIVO, Mendeley, Bibliometri,c and Tex Mining Analysis using VOSviewer and Biblioshiny (R- Studio), Microsoft Excel Solver.
My interest in research has given me a strong understanding of the latest trends and developments in the field, which I bring to the classroom to enhance my students' learning experience. Furthermore, I am dedicated to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students, and I am committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom.
