Manages the Operations and maintenance program for assigned areas i.e. Projects, Plant Maintenance, Utilities.
Oversee new MEP Projects and major remodeling projects, accomplished projects with comprehensive Industrial, engineering background and proven approach to leading team in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
Manage repair and installation of various machines and equipment, including preventive maintenance, part replacement and new part installations.
Achieve optimal utilization of human and financial resources through proactive budgeting, policy and procedure development, and resource allocation.
Adept at evaluating industry trends and using findings toward designing and executing strategies to increase overall efficiency.
Effectively train, mentor and motivate staff. Define and implement targeted action plans to maximize operational productivity, efficiency and profitability.
Utilize superior oral and written communication skills to interact with broad populations including management, sales representatives and vendors.
Installation and commissioning of whole plant’s MEP, utilities, machineries of two LEED platinum certified Projects (denim bottom garments) including o Power House o Boilers o Compressors o ETPs o RO Plants o Laundry machines o Solar plant o HVAC & Chillers o Complete cut to pack plant’s machines.
