- Forwarding to accounts all freight and forwarding/transportation invoices after Checking and negotiating at best & minimum charges from Forwarders & Transporters.
- Planning for export deliveries as per availability of vessels, follow up with shipping agents.
- Following up on all goods inwards and outwards export and local deliveries from HFZE Customs.
- Monitoring & supervising for packing materials and finished goods.
- Maintaining raw material stock updated and arranging to keep all consumable articles in stock.
- Exercising quarterly stock counts, making reports.
