My name is Muhammad Hashim. I have around 4 years of experience in the logistics/freight forwarding & clearing industry, currently working as a Documentation Officer at Straight Forwarding. My role involves handling shipment documentation, coordinating with shipping lines, and ensuring smooth clearance and delivery processes.

I also have hands-on experience in operations, including managing delivery orders, container clearance, and coordination with different departments. I am a hardworking and detail-oriented person who always focuses on completing tasks efficiently and on time.
