• Organize and categorize documents according to project, phase, or department.
• Ensure all documents are properly named, dated, and version controlled.
• Enter and update information in the document control database or software system.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and logs.
• Perform regular quality checks to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
• Facilitate the distribution of documents to project team members and subcontractors.
• Track and confirm document receipt and acknowledge any requested changes or revisions.
• Ensure that all project documents adhere to company standards and industry regulations.
• Implement document control procedures and policies to maintain data integrity.
• Respond to requests for documents promptly, both within the organization and from external parties.
• Maintain an efficient document retrieval system for quick access.
• Properly archive and store documents upon project completion or as per company guidelines.
• Assist with records retention and disposal in compliance with Engineering requirements.
