WORK EXPERIENCE

Deputy Project Manager

I worked as a deputy project manager in Delta developers. The project is about the construction of 102 villas under the name of skyward Homes at wah Cantt. During my stay, my job responsibilities are given below but they are not limited to these.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to accurately and efficiently manage different phases of a construction project.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Obtain permits and licenses from concerned authorities.
• Coordinate with Consultants and get approval on all project-related drawings.
• Determine the resources required (manpower, equipment, and materials) for the entire duration of the project with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Plan all construction operations in multiple phases to ensure that deadlines are met and targets are monitored.
• Lead and direct technical and administrative project team.
• Execute and monitor project activities.
• Manage changes to scope, cost and schedule of project work.
• Prepare and update project plans and status reports.
• Participate in project performance review meetings and discussions.
• Hire contractors and other resources needed for the project’s operations with management’s approval.
• Evaluate each project’s progress and prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report any/all issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
• Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
