• Facilitate program information management and reporting activities and ensure that they are in compliance with program operations manual.
• Provide technical guidance to project staff.
• Assist Project Director to coordinate program implementation, develop appropriate strategies to meet the identified needs and ensure adequate reporting and information sharing.
• Regularly update the Nutrition Information Management System and develop databases, software solutions and reporting formats, and other data management in consultation with the Project Director and World Food Programme section head.
• Collect, compile, clean and analyze nutrition data on weekly and monthly basis, generate the desired reports and provide feedback to the concerned-on data findings for correction/improvement in data handling.
• Develop training modules for all project staff.
• Track supplies management and coordinate with District Project Officers to generate consumption-based quarterly Call Forward requests to World Food Programme and ensure unrestricted SNF supply to the concerned health facilities throughout the project tenure.
• Conduct field visits to monitor quality of data maintained by the district team and provide on the field assistance to the concerned staff as and when needed.
• Develop and review of monthly and quarterly fieldwork plans.
• Track KPIs and suggest actions and solutions to maintain and improve performance.
• Work closely with Project Director to support effective program management of nutrition component or work streams, ensure that deliverables are on track and completed timely.
• Support coordination of internal/external meetings as required, record minutes and follow up on implementation of actions agreed. Organize workshops, seminars and nutrition events.
• Develop publications, case studies/success stories, briefs, newsletters & advocacy papers, etc.
• Create communication products including factsheets, brochures and social media content.

District Project Officer - People's Primary Healthcare Initiative

• Lead and implement operations of the Health and Nutrition Conditional Cash Transfer Programme for Stunting Prevention and Social Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) component across two districts: Shaheed Benazir Abad and Sanghar.
• Lead and implement the Mother & Child Support Programme Health and Nutrition Conditional Cash Transfer.
• Develop a comprehensive project activities plan, implementation strategy, systems, approaches, tools and materials to ensure the quality of service, project protocols, and standards.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders, including the World Food Programme (WFP), UNICEF, District Health Department, Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) Department, National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), and others.
• Ensure the proper management and utilization of project assets and stocks.
• Daily monitoring of project activities, ensuring compliance and addressing observations identified by the Regional Office (RO) Team, Head Office (HO) Team, and WFP.
• Provide regular and timely reports and updates on project progress and challenges to the Project Director.
