As an incessant learner, I believe in continuous growth. I am a Qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Fellow member of Pakistan Institute of Public and Finance Accountants. I have around 17 years of professional working experience in various Multinational, Service and Public Sector Organizations.

I am currently employed as the Chief Financial Officer in Balochistan Mineral Resources Limited (BMRL), a Joint Venture partner of Barrick Gold Corporation in reconstituted Reko-diq project. I am also holding additional charge of the CFO of Balochistan Mineral Exploration Company (BMEC) since January 2022. In addition, I am a member of the Board’s Finance committee at Reko-Diq Mining Company (RDMC).

I have a professional background and working experience that spans over 17 years at Executive, operational, and tactical Management levels. I have served four years with the Finance Department Government of Balochistan and other Public Sector Companies owned by the Government of Balochistan. Coupled with this, the twelve years of experience with KPMG in their Assurance, Tax, and Financial Advisory department of adds a valuable experience to my profile.

I have also worked as a Financial Controller and Chief Accountant for Tourism Promotion Services Pakistan and National Aviation Services.

During my career at KPMG i remained involved in multiple audit engagements of UN agencies which include UNICEF, UNOCHA, UNHCR, UNDP and UNOPS which has given me in-depth knowledge and working experience of UN agencies.

I have 17 years of professional working experience in audit, finance and accounts department of International organizations.

By profession, i am an Associate Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of the Pakistan Institute of Public and Finance Accountants.
