Previously, as Head of Strategic Planning and Investment at MCB Bank and CFO of FINCA Microfinance Bank, I led large-scale financial initiatives, supported innovative product development, and strengthened enterprise value through disciplined capital allocation and stakeholder engagement.

As CFO of Pakistan Single Window, I lead finance, treasury, procurement, ERP, and funding strategy for a national digital trade platform, working closely with the Board, regulators, and development partners to ensure financial sustainability and strong governance.
Previously, as Head of Strategic Planning & Investment at MCB Bank and CFO of FINCA Microfinance Bank, I led strategic initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and financial transformation programs. I have been involved in transactions exceeding USD 25 billion in aggregate exposure and have consistently operated in highly regulated, governance-intensive environments.
