• Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process with Using Quickbook.
• Verifying that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger.
• My responsibility to creating invoices and credit memos, updating customer files, and sending invoices and payment reminders to customers.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable with bank payments.
• Prepare bank analysis for clients which are not present on any software through excel.
• Upload bills on dext and and publish them according to the relevant document and also maintain meeting records while attending any type of meeting with client or employees.
• Help trainers to build their growth by explaining them how to use quickbooks, xero and dext etc.
• Posting Payroll Journals monthly and also prepared wages, PAYE and Pension reconciliation files.
• Review Client details from company house and update it on Accountancy manager.
• Make sure to confirm client if there are personal expense claims for the year end.
