Results-oriented and dedicated Teaching Assistant with a strong background in gender studies and social development. Currently employed at Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur, where I teach a range of subjects, including Social Construction of Gender, Gender & Psychology, Human Rights, Feminist Research, Gender & Development, and Gender, Peace, Security & Conflict to students in the BS Program. As an Intern Project Facilitator at New Horizons Social Development Foundation, I played a key role in implementing social development projects, managing community outreach activities, and facilitating training for volunteers.
My research paper on the constraints to female labor force participation in Sukkur city was published during my M.Phil studies. With a Master's degree in Gender Studies and a strong academic record, I bring a comprehensive understanding of sociological concepts to my teaching and project management roles. I have completed my M.Phil in Sociology back in 2023, I am eager to contribute my expertise and passion for social development to make a positive impact in the field.
