As IT Specialist main duties are to Install, configure, and support local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet system or a segment of a network system.

• Maintain network hardware and software.
• Maintaining A.D network of 53 nodes, implemented DHCP, DNS, ADFS, and WAC including account setup and network configuration.
• Familiarity with remote desktop support applications (Zoho desk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, Happyfox).
• Domain joins, Maintaining Firewall Security, and making File Directory Backups.
• Manage a little bit of client & server network and services.
