About
Leading the area with the portfolio of Rs. 100 million. Leading 4 distributors in Lahore Zone.
Management of 4 distribution setups in the area through a team of 4 Filed Managers and 20 Order bookers.
Developing and executing area sales plan:
Preparing annual volume targets and split it into monthly, weekly & daily basis.
Setting and achieving targets. Planning and monitoring
Conducting periodic performance reviews of the company's sales staff.
Sales force recruitment, training & annual appraisals / remuneration.
Elevating the performance of weaker brands by identifying problems, devising and implementing more effective merchandising, promotional and incentive programs.
Provide support to RSM in the implementation of sales policies at customer levels.
Provide support to RSM in the implementation of sales Strategies.
Monitor distributor’s achievement v/s targets and report variance to distributors on daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
First hand market information e.g. competitors activities & new product launch, product complaints, infringements etc.
Experience
A capable and enthusiastic professional with twenty Two years’ experience in sales management and business development with top FMCG & Electronic companies, having an outstanding track record of success and achievements.
Education
A Masters of Business Administration Degree (MBA) with specialization in Marketing from College of Business Administration-Lahore.
