• Responsible for managing end-to-end import operations including Bank LCs / Contracts
• Prepare clean Bank Documents accordance of the management SOP
• Coordination with shipping line, Customs Brokers and transporter for smooth shipment planning
• Monitor overall shipment till on board
• Stock monitor and prepare daily or weekly reports to present management as per company policy
• Responsible for managing all Export Shipments and preparing all shipping documents
• Coordination with Bank, shipping lines and clearing agents along with transporters
• File Shipping Instruction (SI) timely to shipping line
• Prepare all customs documents, BLs and complete bank documents as per LCs / Contracts
• Follow up containers gate in till on board
• Follow up export payments of all shipments and report to management if there are any delays
• Coordination with Banks for credit facilities
• Responsible for checking and managing day by day transactions
• Prepare Annual Income Tax relatives working of Trading and manufacturing companies
• Complete Annual Income Tax sent to Tax Consultant for process and submission
• Look after F.B.R matters and notices regarding tax issues
• Look after SECP matters related to Pvt Ltd Companies
