• Maintain distribution records and documentation in line with company requirements and compliance standards.
• Coordinate stock lifting and payment/documentation requirements, including Demand Draft, Pay Order, and Proof of Account Transfer where applicable.
• Handle office administration, operational discipline, and coordination with relevant teams.
• Monitor monthly sales targets, SKU-wise performance, productivity, and handler activity targets.
• Coordinate with FSOs and DRs and support the settlement of market complaints.
• Maintain accurate records for FSOs and DRs according to Bizom OPG guidelines and DMM requirements.
