I have direct experience in cooperate learning and development thanks to my current job as Manager Data Analytics and training. Breaking down learning processes and developing learning frameworks and interventions as per client's training requirements gives me immense satisfaction.
Having been actively involved in teaching undergraduate students at a public sector engineering university, I've been a first-hand witness of dangers of an disengaged learning model. I evangelize active learning techniques along with experiential project-based learning (PBL) especially for the STEM students.
I hold consultancy experience as a Pedagogy Consultant for United States Agency for International Development (USAID) for the Project USPCASE (US Pakistan Centers for Advanced Studies in Energy) at Pakistan’s primer university, National University of Science and Technology (NUST). In this regard, I was trained in advanced instructional methods (AIM) techniques by Arizona State University staff under Lead trainer Dr.
Rillero (Associate professor of science education at Arizona State University) and was tasked to assess and report on instructional methodologies employed by the faculty in their classrooms. I was also involved in formal training, perception management and mentoring of around thirty faculty members of the center with regards to Advanced Instructional methods (AIM) techniques in the context of STEM education using the Socrative software.
