Internee at National Transmission and Despatch Company Ltd (NTDC) (2023-07 – 2023-08)
Motivated Electrical Engineering graduate with practical training experience gained through a six-week internship at the National Transmission & Dispatch Company (NTDC) 500kV Grid Station, Dera Ghazi Khan. During this period, acquired hands-on exposure to the operation and maintenance of 500/220/132kV high-voltage substation equipment, including power transformers, auto-transformers, circuit breakers, isolators, CTs, CVTs, and surge arresters. Developed a clear understanding of substation layouts, busbar schemes, and single-line diagrams, along with fundamental knowledge of grid operations and safety practices.
This experience strengthened technical foundation, professional discipline, and readiness to contribute effectively as a graduate electrical engineer.
