- Manage Company finance and accounting activities on project
- Review and correct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation & Statement for main bank accounts
- Engage with management, board of directors, and shareholders to discuss audit findings and accounting matters
- Manage month-end closing processes, ensuring timely reporting
- Improve data accuracy, reducing reconciliation
- Implement process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, driving business growth
- Schedule Payments & arrangement of funds for the running project
- Prepare Monthly Budgets for the expected progress and its cost evaluations
- Prepare Monthly Funds allocation/Reconciliation
- Deal with parties and client
- Look after and maintain project reports
- Maintain all relevant income and expenditure for each project
- Ensure financial transactions follow numerous norms and standards
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
- Communicate financial information to parties, contractors, suppliers and company employees
- Organize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
