I have excellent communications skills and the ability to work closely with clients in a friendly and professional manner. I have the ability to stay calm and maintain a good attitude even when dealing with emotional and distraught customers that may be under a lot of pressure. I also utilized my communication skills, patience, and understanding of banking products and computer systems to assist customers.
My impeccable standard of service has been acknowledged by several customer service awards from previous employers. I help solve customers’ banking issues by providing information and advice about their options. I make a point of listening carefully to every customer, repeating their requirements back to them and then outlining clearly the products and services which are applicable to them, guiding them to the option which will best satisfy their needs.
Currently I am in a position of Head HR.I have outstanding decision-making skills. I am very flexible and can work different departments when necessary. I can also work as a liaison between departments to help keep things running smoothly and between clients and management.
