. Transport Billing: Verification & processing of transport invoice payments in compliance with OGRA due process for IFEM reimbursement including. Trip wise tracker monitoring, verification & Physical Reporting as mandatory.

Fuel Shortages recovery: Thoroughly verify each and every shipment customer acknowledge invoice for all POL products, HSD, PMG, HOBC & FO to prepare short delivered product statement and its adjustment from transport invoice payments to minimize inventory losses and maximize product amount recovery on a/c of fuel shortages in collaboration with retail and ensure short deliver product amount recovery in respective customer ledgers in SAP / to keep customer ledgers reconcile against each delivery on month to month basis.

Coordination External & Internal: Liaison with Transport, Operations, & Retail Team to ensure timely closing of the monthly billing cycle, obtaining transport claims, sales tax carriage invoices from transporters, monthly closing data for billing & shortage verification, management of transport billing process starting from bill submission to Finance after verification of all claims, issuance of transport payment cheques and its disbursement to concern contractors.
. OGRA & OCAC Reporting: Prepare all OGRA & OCAC monthly, Fortnightly, and weekly reports under the IFEM regime, and Inter-company freight settlement reporting on a regular basis.
. SAP Handling: Issuance of all POL product Purchase Orders, Fortnightly Freight rate updating, ICFS monitoring in SAP, transport Ledger’s monitoring, all inventory transfers & sales verification in SAP to match liability contractor wise with physical invoices & claim submitted by transporters
. Consistently analyze and optimize freight costs, and manage freight claims to completion. Ability to prepare and distribute all direct bill customer invoices on a timely basis Investigate any errors on freight bills.
Masters degree in finance from Karachi university
