My Brief History In November 2019. Where I was a Finance officer and my responsibility was to coordinate between the Implementing agencies like UNICEF, FAO, UNDP, UNWOMEN and UNRCO with donor DFID. I was focal person for financial reporting to donor, I have prepared the quarterly and annually Project reports along with Cash forecast, Cash request, Budget analysis etc.
Before UNRCO I was with OCHA Pakistan. I have been started my career with OCHA since 2010, Being an Admin & Finance Associate I was responsible for strong coordination between 06 field offices and 4 Hub offices and field staff to fulfill their needs to run the flood operation 2010. since 2012 I was preparing the draft of the Cost Plan, operational budget, revision of budget and monitoring f Expenditure and preparation of variance analysis (Actual vs Budgeted expenditure). Preparation of Quarterly request for funds.
Since 2015 I am the focal person of UMOJA(ERP of UNS), and I am the Super user of UMOJA in OCHA Pakistan. Managing all of the LTA, LVA, Travels, Supporting International staff in their Entitlement travel / official travel and Time management. I am fully competent and have a confidence in UMOJA operation I am responsible to UMOJA work and oversight in relation to Travel, Procurement and Finance of OCHA Pakistan.
In addition of UMOJA I am also directly liaison with UNDP for all of the financial and other administrative management like Visa, Payment through UNDP FA, IOVs, Note Verbals, NOCs etc.
Before joining the OCHA I have been started my career in 2000 with a corporate sector In 2006 I moved to a UNDP project where I worked in administration and finance where I was managing all of the personnel travel by road and air (often more than 50 trips per month), as well as arranging project logistics. In 2009 I have been joined the Care International in Pakistan as an Accounts Manager where furthered my experience of accounts, fund and budget management.
