• Delivered a bi-directional B2B integration (C#.NET/API) between Silicon Technologies' ERP and Dahua Technologies, the world's second-largest video-surveillance/AI/IoT vendor.
• Developed BrainTEL Billing System that handled Billing of thousands of Customers with tens of millions of CDR records. The system provided all essential components of Billing including packages, tariff, customers bills generation, PTA(Pakistan Telecommunication Authority) compliance reports, different Telecom Operators CDR matching reports including PTCL/Jazz(Mobilink) etc.
• Architect a multi-tenant, offline-capable cloud attendance platform (biometric kiosk hardware + Windows service, MSMQ) scale-able to 100,000+ enrolled users.
• Managed 15.3M-record and 35,000+ Customer accounts complex ERP data migrations (SBT → Sage, Sage → Oracle EBS) with full cleansing/validation pipelines and zero data-loss incidents.

• Removed a hard 5-user license ceiling on the company's core accounting platform, unlocking scale to 3,500 concurrent users.
