Previous work as a “WAREHOUSE OFFICER” in DHL Global forwarding in Ericsson Project 6 Years Unilever project 1 Year.
Direct Reporting to Warehouse, Manager.
Well knowledge of handling of telecommunication equipment in operationally and storage point of view.
Perform Weekly Cycle Count reporting to maintain the inventory accuracy level as the resultant (AUDIT) to ERICSSON PAKISTAN & UNILEVER TEAM 100 % always.
Daily Inventory handling on online system, creation of Purchase Orders, Sales Orders confirmation of POD and internal transfer between different stations on SAP, WMS.
Preparation of different reports on request of customer and submits it timely, errorless after consolidation data of nationwide stations.
Communicate with customer on daily basis to fulfill monthly daily targets and maintain stock level accordingly.
Strong follow ups on tasks and well knowledge of repair and return process.
Prepare and consolidate KPI reports of all nationwide warehouses of Pakistan region and submit to regionally and local customer to reflect monthly performances.
