Reservation of rooms, banquets halls, Conference Room & other type of events
Handling Patty Cash, for office daily routine expenses
Manage Company events as per requirements.
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
Managing couriers & other logistics as per company requirement
Managing company transportation for staff & making their routes.
Fleet Management along with in house Valet Service arrangement
Managing admin related Asset Inventory record
Root cause analysis of any incident occurred in office premises
Liaison with govt. related office for any utility connections or up-gradations
Genset daily checking record maintaining along-with the fuel consumption report & maintain the genset physical condition.
Transportation for office staff, routes allocations & facilitate the staff as per their destinations
Office electronic appliances maintenance, in all prospects like plumbing, electrical, AC, IT related inventories, furniture or any other items which needs to be corrected.
Civil related projects, making BOQ's for the projects, coordinating with the vendors.
Internal Departmental Audit preparation as per the admin process.
Making SLA's & NDA's & update them according to scenario's.
Supplier's induction & composing the supplier list with their periodic evaluations.
RFID access card printing & provide the access to the staff as per their designations.
Official SIM management & Internet Devices management.
Making records for Green Office related activity.
Office Pool Car reservations, daily record keeping with the mileage & fuel records along with it's maintenance if required.
