- Support MEL Manger in managing the MEL plan(s), indicator reference sheets and tracking table, results reporting, sharing guidance, tools, templates, and trainings on key MEL concepts and processes for data management.
- Conduct Site Visits, Focus Group Discussions (FGD's) and employ other qualitative data collection tools and methods to assess and report on program activities, outcomes, and impacts.
- Support MEL Manager to track performance for all program-specific indicators, analyze and summarize data for drafting high-quality reports including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as per USAID requirements.

- Determine the primary data and information elements that are required internally and externally to support the project
- Design, develop and manage databases, spreadsheets and other data tools; especially project and activities information gathering data tools with the support of technical project focal person
- Understand, document, and ensure the quality of high-value data for accuracy, consistency and comparability
- Consolidate operational information on a regular schedule to support analysis and design and implement sustainable information management and dissemination systems for data collections
- Develop and implement proper backup, restore, data validation, and security procedures to ensure data integrity and availability
