17 years experience in oil and gas inventory management, working on Oracle R12 ERP, annual turnaround & project handling, QHSE,PSM,EMS, ISO,V&B, Work permit issuer & acceptor, inventory Audit, inventory Analysis and management, budget preparation, hazardous and non hazardous chemical, catalyst and lubricants handling. working on all sections from item introduction to material issuance to end user. analysis of BCEP, insurance, auto reorder, do not reorder. analysis of procurement in process local & foreign. handling out of service, obselete, expired and how to declare surplus items. handling of project, capex leftover materials. incoming of scrap from end user and its disposal through scrap disposal committee. ABC audits analysis of inventory including scenarios of mismatch, damage, short, excess, expiry, health, system location Vs physical availability. currently handling approx. 40,000/- stock items in which 28,000 to 30,000 with on hand quantity.
