• Built an RFM segmentation model on an e-commerce dataset, scoring customers across Recency, Frequency, and Monetary dimensions to classify segments (Champions, At Risk, Lost) for targeted marketing strategies.
• Cleaned and analyzed a multi-year Kaggle survey dataset (2017–2021), dropping 40%+ missing columns and encoding variables to extract workforce and tooling trends.
• Conducted time series analysis on Walmart retail sales — decomposed trend and seasonality, applied rolling mean and exponential smoothing to produce sales forecasts.
