As an Early Childhood Educator with experience for over a decade in
Fajr Academy, I take pride in my ability to build profound connections with children and their families upon a foundation of thorough patience and heartfelt empathy, grasping that to pave out a way that leads them to embracing their individuality and exploring their imaginations with every stepping stone they climb. From fostering young minds to organizing classrooms,
having such a profession has put forth an excellent opportunity for me to exhibit my affection and warmth for children, whilst instilling in me a strong sense of responsibility that enables me to strive to meet their needs.
Recording child observations based upon invaluable theories of development such as Piaget and Vygotsky's, bringing to life the Reggio Emilia approach using the Emergent Curriculum, and, as Einstein encapsulated, bearing in mind that “Play is the highest form of research”, has proved conducive to me in making a difference in young lives. Eric Ericsson's fascinating theory about psycho-social development and its influence upon early childhood education has, moreover, made me realize its significance in establishing a sense of confidence and independence in children.
Creating a healthy environment that gives children a chance to grow into healthy adults, the freedom to frolic about, and an environment that makes them feel safe, loved and encouraged is a vision of mine that brings me such joy, that I cannot translate into words. Presently, leading and mentoring my ECCE teachers and assistants is a duty I find myself engaging in wholeheartedly. It is my strong belief that my success in life as of now is a product of my perseverance and dedication which I will continue to uphold with utmost honour.
As a people person, I am naturally adaptable and diligent in my interactions with colleagues. Teamwork is second nature to me, and I am always eager to contribute wherever needed. I take pride in fostering a supportive, collaborative environment that benefits everyone.
With many years of experience as an early childhood educator, my ESFJ personality has been a perfect match for this field. My empathy, organizational skills, and commitment to helping others allow me to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive. I believe my personality and experience enable me to connect deeply with the children I work with.
I also enjoy staying updated with the latest teaching methods through online educational research. In my free time, I often dive into self-help books, accompanied by a cup of coffee, reflecting on ways to continue growing both personally and professionally.
Sincerely,
I have more than 12 years of experience teaching, supervising, and leading the preschool section of a renowned school in Pakistan.
I hold a masters in Nutrition, a diploma and masters in Early Childhood Education
