Shariq Saad

I work as a Scrum Master in the IT industry, helping Agile teams deliver software efficiently and improve how they work. With about ten years of experience, I facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support collaboration, and remove blockers so the team can stay focused on sprint goals.

I also track key Agile metrics such as sprint velocity, cycle time, lead time, and defect leakage to monitor performance. By focusing on continuous improvement and better backlog refinement, I’ve helped teams increase velocity by around 20–30% and reduce cycle time by about 15–20%.

Overall, my role is to create a transparent environment where teams collaborate well, solve issues quickly, and deliver predictable results using data-driven KPIs. 🙂

Senior Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager with strong experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering predictable outcomes using Scrum and Agile best practices. Highly data-driven, leveraging Jira metrics, Power BI AI dashboards, and KPI analytics to improve sprint stability, cycle time, throughput, and stakeholder confidence. Brings 10+ years of database engineering and performance optimization experience, enabling a strong bridge between delivery execution, data, and business value.
