Responsible for routine fabric performance testing & Colour Matching as per individual customers' MQR following the standard AATCC, ASTM, ISO test methods. Communicate various aspects related to chemicals and dyestuff with the processing department and with in the laboratory RND section to get timely solutions related to raw materials and/or process.
Supervise the development activities of new products (NPD). Conduct in-house training sessions to enhance the competency level of Lab staff.
