I am working as a Sr.
Assistant-IP and Grant Support at UN IOM, where I am a part of the core programme team and assist the programme managers in effective IP management and ensuring compliance with IOM’s IP management systems, working with multiple donors and a wide range of IPs. My previous role was of Grants Coordinator at Palladium Pakistan for the NPI EXPAND HDA project, funded by USAID, where I supported grants, activities focused on Education and Family Planning/Health. My experience with DAI/CRA (Community Resilience Activity/USAID) and PERSI (Pakistan Extended Regional Stability Initiative/OTI) has allowed me to develop an in-depth understanding of the intricacies involved in managing projects with complex compliance and regulatory requirements.
