Internship for 2 Months In HR/Admin Department

• To assist admin team with record keeping file.
• Support line manager on diary project.
• Keeps proper track record of existing & required manpower through maintaining database.
• Orients new employees to programs, including facilities, Timings, Code of Conduct Company Rules, attendance, and leave policies.
• Ensure a pleasant and clean environment of telec corporate office.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and design all recruitments plans.
• Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.
• Coordinate and arrange training activities internal and external both. I.e. training invitations, attendance and evaluation, arrangements onsite, training database and etc.
• To ensure all the HR reports timely prepared and submitted i.e. leaves, turnover, insurance, health, onboarding, promotion, transfers/changes, vacancies, LFA, disciplinary cases and etc.
• Record & Maintaining Employee files and records on HR software.
• To manage Janitorial Staff regarding cleaning material and stationary & stores.
