Intern – Bidding at Pharmalogic PVT Ltd (2026-03 – Present)
- Assist in preparing and submitting tender documentation for medical equipment across government and institutional portals.
- Support senior bidding manager in developing technical proposals, compliance sheets, and product specification responses.
- Research and monitor upcoming tenders on E-PADS, BPPRA, Ppra.org, and other procurement platforms.
- Contribute to the preparation of deviation justifications and technical clarification responses.
- Maintain organized bid files, track submission deadlines, and support document version control.
- Learn procurement procedures, tendering regulations, and compliance requirements under senior guidance.
- Support communication with clients and procurement offices regarding bid clarifications and status updates.
Education
BS in Bachelor of Business Information Technology (BBIT) – Virtual University of Islamabad (2026-03)
Intermediate in FSc Pre-Engineering – Govt. College of Choa Saidan Shah, Chakwal (2021-03 – 2023-03)
