I am Usama Mushtaq. I am 30 years old. By profession i am a banker since 2018. I am Graduate in finance and Masters in HR. I am also working as a freelancer. I am here to offer my best services as a professional. I have ability to do quality work within the timelines effectively. As a banker my duties and roles are as under:

• Ensure complete understanding of Banking processes, policies & documentation requirement.
• Review Cooperate Account opening documents for processing. And also review accounts which has been received through digital on boarding Portal.
• Raise requirement according to the need of Account Registration Team.
• Coordination with Branches & HO department for smooth handling of Operational activities.
• Having good knowledge of all banks Operational Manuals and Policies.

  Professional and courteous customer service with high levels of integrity and accuracy.

• Maintain good customer relations by communicating effectively and consistently.
• Account opening
• Clearing ( Inward & Outward, Intercity, OBC)
• Issuance of Bankers Cheque and Demand Draft
• Remittance
• Funds Transfer, FTT, RTGS
• Debit/ATM Card Management
• Daily Reports Management
• Solve Customer Queries 

I have completed BBA(hons) in Finance from Islamia University of Bahawalpur. And completed MBA in HR from UET Lahore.
