• Co-ordinates with counterpart for Air & Ocean imports shipments.
• Job costing and preparation of quotations
• Liaises with overseas clients and agents for completing all required shipping documentation.
• Daily checking imports shipments from Import General Manifest (IGM).
• Pick up delivery order from air line after completion of documents.
• Prepare documents and delivery order to release customer / consignee
• Prepare / arrange documents for submitting in shipping line for manifestation purposes before arrival of vessel at destination
• Endorse H.B/L to customer / consignee for sea import shipments to collect delivery order from s/line
