- Leading and supervising for social Mobilization.
- Identify, Recruit, Train and Supervise social mobilizers in High-Risk Areas (HRAs).
- Provide exhaustive field orientation and on-the-job training.
- Facilitate SM induction Training as well as all Refresher Training with the help of Line managers.
- Identify and motivate religious leaders, community elders, and other local influential's at the UC Level and particularly in resistant pockets, to support Polio Eradication Initiative (PEI) activities.
- Plan and co-ordinate activities with NGOs working at UC-level level for social Mobilization.
- Develop partnership with the UC Medical Officers (MOs) /Executive District Officers (EDO)/Supervisors/Health Workers to plan and implement social mobilization/Information Education Communication (IEC) activities for the polio rounds and routine immunization.
- Planning and organizing.
- Tracking and mapping of highest risk areas for communication activities.
- In consultation with the Health Department and guidance from DHO concerned, identify sub-UC High Risk Areas.
- Implementation & Monitoring.
- Ensure orientation of Religious and Community leaders at UC-level.
- Conduct UC level meetings and events with leaders before each SNID to motivate and mobilize the Community Leaders.
- Weekly feedback to DHCSO on progress, constraints and performance according to established indicators.
- Reporting forms and formats monthly.
- Interpret SM data for planning specific interventions and assist SM in the implementation.

- Perform community mobilization activities at community level in accordance with the health dept.
- Build close partnership with the community through regular meetings with them on appropriate intervals
- Inform/Aware community regarding the Polio, EPI & Health issues to create demand
- Close lesion with Community leaders, Religious Leaders, Political Leaders, Doctors
- Mobilize community towards eliminating Polio
- Provide regular monthly reports to Supervisor
- Show commitment to Organization's mission, aims & objectives
