I perform different heavy equipment such as bulldozer, graders, loaders, dump truck, cranes, flatbed, water distributor, excavator backhoe, forklift, 10K and others. As a maintenance mechanic I help on reducing the damage of equipment performing PMCS and periodic inspections using the (TM) technical manual and(ETM) electronic technical manual.
I perform troubleshoots on different equipment including electrical system, diesel, brake, hydraulic, pneumatic, air and cooling system.
Drill and annual training I work on the military and combat wheel vehicle such as trucks, trucks cargo, generator, pumps, HMMV armored and unarmored HMMV wheel vehicle using TM and ETM to make easier the work interpreting diagram, schematics, using different tools on equipment to diagnose the fault. I also maintain unit direct and general support and replace brake actuators, batteries, starter motors, alternators, mechanical fuel pumps, hydraulic cylinders/pumps/control valves, drive shafts, universal joints, service brake shoes, disc-brake pads, water pumps, turbo chargers, cylinder heads, high-pressure fuel injection pumps, wheel bearings/seals, steering unit torque link, and road wheels. Adjusts engine speed governor/valves, boom-hoist brakes/clutches, dry-disc clutches, steering brakes, track tension/assemblies, fuel injector racks, and steering unit brake levers.
Charges suspension accumulators, transmission shift accumulators, and main hydraulic accumulators. I also get the experience of repairing of water purification equipment, NBC and military vehicles such as HMMWV, 2½ Ton Trucks, 5 Ton Trucks, FMTV and LMTV, and Larger Vehicles. I deal with compression ignition engines, liquid cooling system, starters systems, charging systems, electrical systems, hydraulic and brake systems, Reverse Osmosis Water Purification System, NBC equipment like chemical alarms M8 and others.
I performed disassembling, reassembling, removal and installation of engine, transmissions, fuel, hydraulic and oil pressure systems. Likewise, I maintained power assisted brake systems, wheel vehicle suspension system, wheel vehicle hub assemblies, wheel vehicle mechanical (manual) steering systems, wheel vehicle hydraulic steering system and wheel vehicle crane/hoist/winch assemblies, Generator, Water filter, water softener, decontamination environment equipment. I always look for opportunity training.
I am able to fully operate any piece of equipment I repair.
