Dear Ms., Mr.,
In my short carrer I have been challeged with different working scenarios, namely, industry, education and research. In the past two years I have worked in two jobs, as a professor in IPB and as a research techinician at AquaValor.
In AquaValor I was involved in one of the main projects of this CoLAB, "Thermal Spa Observatory" were we carry on several case studies in order to validate the effects of Thermal Spa in the users. In this project I was responsible of collecting the data from the case studies, (data gathered from smartbands, questionnaires and biomarkers), and for transform this data in order to be loaded in Power BI and in a Web based IS developed in Outsystems. One of my main tasks was also to create the reports of the case studies results in Power BI, and I also defined the data model for the IS and developed the mobile application.
With my experience I came to realise that data is the core for the development of a company, with data we learn from our past and predict our future, is the conscience that guide the decision-making processes.
In order to pursuit a carrer in data, I have been taking several courses, namely, SQL, Python, R and Azure (being currently studying to make the Exam DP-203: Data Engineering on Microsoft Azure).
I'm a hard working person, a team player, very commited, with good comunication skills, and motivated to embrace a new journey in the world of data.
Therefore, I think I'm the right person to the job, and one thing I can assure now, my good mood.
