Scrum Master and Agile Practitioner with experience in international distributed environments across banking, energy, tolling infrastructure, consulting, and technology sectors.

I help software engineering teams deliver scalable, high-value products by enabling effective Agile practices, improving delivery flow, and strengthening collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.

I have experience in Scrum and SAFe environments, working on complex, regulated projects for organizations such as BNP Paribas, CGI, and Capgemini. My background in software development (.NET, SQL, OutSystems, and web technologies) allows me to bridge the gap between engineering and product with ease.

Alongside industry work, I teach programming and web technologies at ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon, reinforcing my focus on mentoring and team development.

I am currently focused on opportunities in mature or scaling Agile environments where I can improve delivery performance, predictability, and team effectiveness.
