I am an Executive Chef from Sri Lanka. My 23 years of work experience include: six years as a chef at the USA embassy and hotel I prepare simple, nutritious, and healthy family dishes as well as very labor-intensive VIP events. I create small and large representational events with wide variety of dishes.
I do menu planning ordering and shopping. Additionally, I assist the House Manager in all house responsibilities and serve as his back—up when he is on leave. I enjoy foreign travels and spending time with family and friends.
