Quality control and manufacturing processes technician - In this internship, I monitored the quality control of process water and during the bottling of beer and soft drinks, where I conducted various physicochemical tests. I also prepared control charts for the parameters calculated during the bottling process.
HACCP Technician - I developed competencies in the field of HACCP, gaining valuable experience in overseeing hygiene and food safety across a network of companies. In addition to hands-on fieldwork, I actively participated in tasks involving client organization and monitoring. Furthermore, I played a key role in preparing comprehensive annual pest reports.

This project develops bioactive thermoplastic starch films with olive leaf extracts, combining biodegradability with antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. These films offer an eco-friendly solution for maintaining product quality and freshness.
