I found out that I'm actually good with customer support.

I am Portuguese but as I been the last 5 years living abroad, I prefer to keep English as my main language although currently living in Portugal.

My professional experience been with warehouse where I grow up and learned supervisor skill and few years after I decided to get into the office and give a try to customer support where I found it fun.

I finished the college but left Criminology degree incomplete.
