After finishing high school, went to the Portuguese Air Force with 17 years of age, where I became an Air Traffic Controller till March 2020. Presently I am a Chief Master Sargent in the Reserve Army, after 38 Years active duty, with following qualifications:
Aeronautical Information Service, Control Tower, Approach Control, Radar Approach Control, Area Control Service, Precision Approach Radar.
Team leader, Supervisor, On the Job Training Instructor, Examiner. Representative for the Portuguese Air Force of Air Management Cell towards the Air Navigation Services Provider.
Team leader and supervisor for group of 15 to 25 persons.
Write, change and disclosure all SOP; Manuals; Newsletter and Service Communications to all involved personnel.
Flight Operations Control Center Manager & Integrated Control Center Coordinator:
Since 1st September till nowadays (still working on the same company), plan, analyse, execute, monitor and fulfil all the 19 aircrafts narrow and wide bodies across the world.
Training and presentations all personnel involved in Operations Manager in Meteorology, Mass and Balance, Operational Requirements SOP, Air Legislation, Communications.
KPI for the FOCC (Flight Operations Control Center) and ICC (Integrated Control Center) towards the management and flight operations director.
Manager and team leader for 19 persons.
Write, change and disclosure all SOP; Manuals; Newsletter and Service Communications to all involved personnel.

Actually attending to Air Transportation Management Bachelor at Atlântica University, expecting to finish within a year (September 2024).
