I consider myself a responsible and reliable professional, and suppose I’m an authentic people person, who believes that empathy, kindness and generosity are key to make any kind of relationship work, including the professional ones. Putting yourself in someone’s shoes before you start any conversation or interaction makes the communication much easier and the people much more willing to listen to you.

I’m also of the opinion that learning is an endless process and each one has their own time, therefore it’s important to never forget where we came from and remain true to what we are.

On the other hand, I think that checking on our evolution throughout time is essential as well, so we can be sure that we don’t rest in the same place and keep on seeking to become each day better than we were the one before.

• Professionally, I’ve been working for more than 9 years in Minas Gerais’ Government agencies, going from the electronic governance area to the prisional administration and finally the planning, budget and financial sector, which is where I still am today.
• Experiences I could get from those opportunities were teaching and dealing with all kinds of people, negotiation and argumentation, contract managing, fund raising, communication and service channels management and improvement, system building and analysis, budget and financial analysis and management, project development and evaluation, team management, and so many soft skills that I could learn to develop over the years.
