I worked for 12 years in a national telecommunications company in Portugal, where I performed more than one role, and I had the opportunity to grow professionally and personally, growing up in a diversified environment, improving my communication and rapport skills that become more natural with time with the team management. I found my natural skills in how to connect with people, and I look for something that could help me to help more people, in a different way, connected with well-being; so I decided to study and I accomplish my degree in Traditional Chinese while working; from 2019 to 2022 embraced the challenge to work passionately around the world onboard cruise ships as acupuncturist where I had the opportunity to increase my cultural awareness, enjoying my job onboard has I never expected, it gives me the opportunity to inner knowledge, developed more professional and personal skills, and connect with different activities and departments onboard

Responsible to manage more than one treatment room at the same time and do consultations, promoting my services by doing public presentations, public seminars, performed announcements in PA system to invite to my seminars and promote my services, I was responsible for writing the information in the daily program onboard, about Chinese medicine and other activities related with the Spa. Responsible for managing stock (controlling expiration date and inventory). Manage my schedule and the rest of the team in the SPA.

Send daily sales reports, sea days, and end of cruises. Training the team overcoming sales objections. Worked in RCCL, NCL and Carnival UK.
