Perform comprehensive gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions;
Identify and address business needs by offering solutions;
Produce atomic user stories that outline system functionality from the user's perspective;
Design and streamline workflow processes to improve overall operational efficiency;
Develop functional and requirements documentation to serve as a blueprint for the project;
Coordinate and collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation; Contribute to Product Backlog Management, participating in planning and prioritization activities;
Manage stakeholder expectations by maintaining clear communication and aligning project goals;
Specify test cases to ensure thorough testing of system functionalities and validate against expected outcomes;
Conduct functional testing and quality assurance activities to ensure system reliability and alignment with requirements;
Develop and deliver presentations to clients;
Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives to validate project feasibility;
Experience with Jira to manage project workflows;
Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies.
