My experience in both Nepal and Portugal has allowed me to gain a wide range of skills and knowledge that I can use to excel in any customer service role.

Additionally, I am currently enrolled in a Masterschool where I am learning data analysis, which will further enhance my skills and knowledge. Even though my educational background may not be directly relevant to a customer service role, I am more than competent for the role.
