- Develop and implement effective fire protection designs for compliance with fire codes, standards and regulations.
- Installation of fire protection systems based on the hazard and occupancy and as per the requirement of QCDD/NFPA.
- Preparation of entire BOQ for the project based on the approved Dwg
- Installation, supervision and T&C for the fire alarm systems FM200, fire detection system Deluge & sprinkler system and Fire pumps.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties at the project site and other problem that may raise, with the proper coordination to the concerned head.
- Attend meeting at the project site or off-site to address the concerns of architects, engineers, construction managers, and subcontractors.
- Check and verify all the installation of, materials and equipment are ready at the project site and coordinate necessary site inspections with the consultant.
- Preparing isometric and shop layout drawings for firefighting system and detection systems.
- Estimating project scope and procure the materials for the firefighting system include mechanical and electrical.
- Monitoring the daily progress and reporting to the project manager regarding execution.
- Identify and track all changes or potential changes to the project scope ensuring estimates of cost changes and schedule impact are given visibility with the client and project management.
- Preparation and review of the As-built drawings in terms of any changes in the installation
