Responsible for the day-to-day management of establishments that provide accommodation for all kinds of Employees, who need constant care and support. In charged in performing the necessary maintenance needed in all the accommodations. Ensuring and keeping all the records of the accommodation’s contracts, that includes the durations and owners contact details.
Ensures that the target budget is achieved by carefully analyzing the cost of each project. Make sure that the accommodation is under Control & managed effectively and all operations are run in an efficient manner including maintaining health and safety standards, supervising, and training staff and dealing with budgetary matters. Ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained whilst making sure that all Operations comply with health and safety regulations.
To keep my establishment in tip-top condition. Responsible for scheduling periodic maintenance, repairs, and renovation work accommodation & to provide quality customer Service and Achieve Revenue, Cost-Saving, And Profit Targets.
To Coordinate With Other Different
