16+ Years of total experience in QA/QC area of Top Side process facilities like Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Air Coolers etc.., Structural, Piping, Gas line, Tanks, New construction of land rigs, Offshore Platforms, Pipelines, Civil (basic testing), E&I material Inspections, HVAC Inspections, Root Cause analysis, Verification Inspections.

Incoming material inspections, Test Certificate reviews with respective to material submittal / specification & Code, and lab test witnessing.

Review of technical documents in the aspects of QA/QC, review fabrication Procedures like Inspection Test plan (ITP), WPS, PQR, WQT, MCC / Test Pack, PWHT, hardness, hydro test procedures and various other method statements.

1. Dealing and working with materials such as P1 (Carbon Steel), P8 (Stainless Steel), P10H (Duplex), P3, P4, P5A, P5B, P6, P9B (low alloy steel), & P41 to P45 (Nickel materials).
2. Represented the company (FBM KNM) as Welding Engineer in ASME Joint Review for renewal of ASME & National Board Certificates in September 2013, February 2014, and December 2014.
3. Represented the company (FBM KNM) as QC Engineer in various Client / ISO Audits.
